Terms & Conditions.

Bookings
Bookings are normally Saturday to Saturday. The Gite is available after 3.00pm and departure by 10.00 am. A 30% deposit is payable on booking. Payment to be made in euros by way of cash or cheque. The 70% balance is due on arrival together with a breakage's deposit of 45 euros refundable on departure less any damage cover if applicable.

Cancellations
Unfortunately, any cancellations made within eight weeks of the date of your stay will result in the loss of your deposit, unless the Gite can be rebooked for the dates concerned.

Cleaning
On arrival you will find everything spotlessly clean and tidy. Before departure we would ask that guests leave the bathroom tidy, wash up, clean the oven/hob and barbecue etc in order that we can prepare the Gite for the arrival of our next guests.

Damage
Guests are asked to please inform the owner straight away of any loss, damage or breakage's in order that they can be dealt with as soon as possible.

Insurance
We would advise guests to take out holiday insurance to cover the possibility of any unforeseen circumstances arising. Although it is not a replacement for travel insurance, It's well worth having a European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) as this will be needed to receive necessary healthcare during a visit to an European Economic Area (EEA) country. You can apply for a free European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) online or at the post office (the on-line method is by far the quickest method).
